Pistachios are the bane of my existence today. I thought I was doing well but did my food chart and I tilted. New lesson kiddos....never eat until you read....by the time I got home it was to late. So eating right tonight and reving up my exercise tonight. Tomorrow is another day.

Heh heh, pistachios got my yesterday. I haven't had them in decades, really shouldn't have bought that big bag at Costco. Someone suggested they'd be a good snack because it takes a little work to eat them. . . It turns out that's no barrier if you're determined!
