today will be day 3
also day 3 for int fast first meal at 12:30 pm
will try and work out before that as well
getting lots of good sleep 9 hrs per night
think i fought off a flu this week yay me
want to try less dairy dont tolerate well go to that ladys website
more healthy fats and carbs less chemicals more sleep lessd noise more joy and love
and salt and potassium and patientience and kindness and miricles
192.8 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 57.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
