consume your estimated calorie for the following day the day before. It will take the guess work out of what it is you are eating. this was another members tip

im thinking of starting to so this sort of planning ahead but it would be hard as i am an impulsive eater perhaps i should start off just doing it one day a week then build up

I don't understand this tip. Are you supposed to eat 2 days worth of calories on one day?

sorry i think i just didnt explain it weel ...my head wasnt right that day ..i simply meant plan your day in advance
