ya! and yesterday I kept it under 20 carbs!! I think it was 13. so I already made my lunch and have that planned out... changing diet was a great idea. thank you mahjohn!!!

Great job, and you will find that planning is key. Once you've got the road map getting to your destination is only a matter of pushing the gas!

thank you kay thank you philmck! I'm going to keep under 20 carbs a day for this first while and go as low as I can. thank you for your help and guidance :D I'm going to lose this weight and learn as much as I can so I can help people too.
