If you go back and look at some of my earlier comments be happy when the scale says you've lost weight but don't get depressed if you go up a couple of tenths of a pound sometimes it's just water weight or the phase of the Moon I guess you're doing a great job stick to it if possible try to park a car a little further away from the grocery store is a little more activity and maybe you can see more results always always take time for the most important person you

Yup blkbear but after great drops my scale seems to go up 2 or 3 pounds for a few days. Hence, my bipolar scale is in time out for a week lol

I've been weighing myself every day. I don't really count it in my head if the weight didnt stay the same for a couple days because I know what you're saying to be true. in between of the last weigh in and this one i went up a pound.. then down a half.. then the new weight. I'm pretty sure I'm retaining water as I had a bit to much salt in my one meal too so I see the scale as a general guidline. so long as my charts are generally pointing down I'm a happy camper. but this is a great reminder to take my measuments that I have been meaning to do.
