Hungry 24/7, not eating poorly, cutting back on beer (have had 3-4 since Jan 2nd) and still the weight loss is minimal. My wife and I are finally over being sick so we can begin our exercise regimen again. I've been skipping it lately because when I get home after work I am so hungry I cannot think of anything except eating. I have to figure this out, I need to be able to get my workouts in. Frustrated beyond all belief.
