I am pleased to be back on track. I am going to reward myself by taking a few days off recording food etc. I will try to be good food wise and will definitely continue with dry January. I am sorry to say that those empty calories provided by alcohol do put on weight for sure, much as I try to kid myself otherwise. Catch up in a few days, buddies.
