So I find myself not really wanting to eat throughout the day as much and than when hunger kicks in its like I have to eat whatever. So I think not having healthy snacks readily available may help change that since I don't need my metabolism slowing down any more than it is now. In any case omw to the gym....on the plus side...I lost 2lbs
