Yesterday started off great, kept to what I wanted to do, but the afternoon blew it all to peices. I tried to work on the eliptical for another 20 minutes, but got off after 10. Then, to make matters worse, after supper I couldn't stop eating! The fact my husband brought home DORITOES didn't help any either.
Let's see if I can manage more will power today.
