Happy to see that I moved from Obesity level BMI down to Overweight BMI!
Feels great ; )

Just a suggestion to the forces that be...if I am not eating enough calories in a day to make me gain weight PLEASE leave my "scale weight" the same! is that so difficult???

Well done :) Remember it's not necessarily how much you eat on Atkins, it is ALL about WHAT you eat. Keep on truckin' you are on the right side of the road.

not sure where you are at, but I try to keep fat up and protein lower. that seems to help me...

Yay - good for you! BMI is deceptive though because you might have muscle and weigh dense. Body fat is a better indication of how you are doing BUT congratulations! I understand how great that feels.
