I didn't get a leg work out this week and feeling like slacker some what but, it was for a good reason. Pulled a muscle and just didn't want to risk it.I'll make it up with two leg work outs next week,hehe. Better safe than sorry in my book. I even waited till the end oft the week to see if i would push thru but my spidey senses tell me not to even try it. Enjoying a much needed rest day! cheers everyone..
