can anyone tell me how to store and access a personal food list foods that either had to be altered because sugar alcohols were not used in the way Atkins does or a food not found in their database

I sometimes create my own to log bc some people like to add them to the data base and not note the net carbs the way the should be like on some of the bars. I would change them then some one would go back and change em again so I created one for my own use under "my custom foods" and didnt make it public so I could log something with out others messing with it. On this example I did one that I named " low carb bar" and use the like a "generic" post only I can use. The "my custom food" is to the right of the page where you log your food. Hope this helps... some people dont believe in sugar alcohols when counting net carbs but I do so I do it this way..
