Your working your program and getting your body moving. The important thing is to move more. Stop sitting all the time. If you are home watching the television or listening to the radio get down on the floor and do some leg lifts, crunches, sit ups. If getting on the floor is difficult then stand up and use a chair back for support and do squats, hand weights can be used while sitting in a chair. I am just giving you a few suggestions that get you moving. I like to turn up the music and dance while I am cleaning up. You can do this!
