Ok so today makes it officially 1 month since I haven't done any exercise. None! How embarrassing. So I am going to ease back in and I hope my FS buddies will keep me motivated. Please feel free to shoot me an email and keep the motivation coming....200lbs here I come.

Check out the challenge board. Jump in with both feet. (Smile) You can do this! "2016" is 4 days away lets say you get up and get moving set a goal to drop something in the next 4 days. Nothing major but something. Okay. Surprise yourself in 4 days how is that for a post Christmas present to yourself. (No money needed, no gift cards, no refund lines) Smile.

Agree -- use these next few days to 'ease back in' and determine a 'weather-proof' routine that You can begin 1/1/16! If it's any consolation/motivation, I have found that the longer I go incorporating regular exercise (meaning at least 3-4x/week), the harder it becomes to let too much time pass between getting up/out and moving . . . experiment with different 'forms' of exercise to determine which you enjoy the most because that will be the easiest to stick with.

Good Morning all....thanks for the comments....im getting ready to hit the gym right now as commented. I think I will go ahead and use these 4 days to cry a little and get a routine back up for the new year. My body actually aches from all the sedentary I've been doing at home. Have a good workout everyone.
