I wonder if I’ll make my goal of 140 by Christmas?
Started at 167 on Sept 13th.
142.6 lb Lost so far: 40.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have to lose 2 more pounds before 12/31/15 to meet my mini-goal. That's quite a bit if you want to kill it by Friday, but anything is possible with the right mindset, determination, and exercise. Just don't gorge yourself afterwards as a reward. Maybe buy a new pair of jeans on Dec. 26th instead!

I'll cross my fingers and toes for you but there's always the 26th or the 27th your goals are realistic couple of extra push ups an extra thousand steps with you no matter what
