Okay, been away for a couple weeks but getting back to this site.... had knee surgery Dec 2 , was sticking good to my dietary demands but of course exercises has been impossible just now weaning off of crutches and pain meds, but more active as i am working. weight kinda stabilized at 235 but some activity has let it drop to 231... Using the Fit bit which ironically arrived the same day as my surgery, which is cool as when i can Get moving i intend to really start moving.
