Waffle House...UGH not VERY atkins friendly. No substitutions allowed. Ended up getting the grilled chicken salad and it was wonderful!! VERY hard to sit across from two hot waffles!! Just the smell of them was hard - but I didn't give in!! Stayed on plan and feel better because of it. I did have a small Carb Smart Chocolate Sundae when I got home - but felt like I really deserved it!
