Anne_145's Journal, 15 December 2015

See how easy that was for me over the last 7 days? And do you know why? My other half wasn't here. He doesn't mean it, but he makes it so hard for me to stick to my diet by bringing in treats and wine. I tell myself that I don't have to eat or drink it but who am I kidding! It would be easier if the stuff just wasn't here. Difficult.

I have to concur 100%. When Mrs Jocko is at home I find it increasingly difficult to stick to my ordinary routine. Typical example is breakfast. My usual breakfast is about 9:30 - 10:00 and is cereal (usually All Bran or Bran Flakes) with Alpro Almond. When she is at home she likes her breakfast earlier and she will say "Do you fancy a bacon roll?". And I do! Then it's, "Would you like an egg on that?". By dinner time I am struggling for calories and it is so easy to go over. I much prefer it when she is at work. As a retiree I am dreading the Christmas holidays!
