I have been trying to do better lately. I have been watching what I eat more carefully. If I could just kick this Mountain Dew habit. Ugh. But I am down to 1 a day now, so that's some progress. I have also been adding in some exercises that I can do while lying in bed. Unfortunately, I was only able to do a little at a time. But today, I managed a solid 15 minutes. When I started this, I could barely do 2 or 3 minutes without severe pain. So that's so progress. I am trying for a few minutes more everyday.
