Day 3, cutting out carbs and alcohol - sticking to it for 2 weeks, then move onto lesser phase. I always feel better cutting out carbs and its easy to still go out with friends for food, as there's always something on the menu you can choose.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I'll bet if I cut out the alcohol I would dump the 10 or so pounds I want to shed. But darn, I like my before dinner cocktail, and the 'with dinner' wine. What's a guy to do?

Try just making them both smaller? Or going without one one day and then switch they next?
