Recap of the week..I did manage to get work out all my muscle but my schedule was off partly bc I wanted to "mix it up" but also i wasn't feeling so great Tuesday and Saturday I went out.I learned that I don't like to mix it up, lol. Maybe I'm not ready but it felt like it was a lot harder to work triceps/biceps on the same say instead of back/bicep chest/triceps like i always do and I now know i cant do shoulders with anything else but abs.. Ok im over exaggerating !! I prolly could mix it up, I just felt like crap afterwards..I followed a plan from BB.com but I dont think I like it and may go back to my old schedule and just change the sets I do. Not going to worry about it till 12/01. Meh. This is week is a "short" week for at the gym so Imma follow my 4 day gym plan and focus on cardio. I ordered some different aminos this week and Im going to be cycling off the C4/C3 stack until the new year. Give my body a break.
I decided to order my turkey and ham from Luby's. It comes with all the carbage so I am only going to be prepping my low carb sides. BAM. I predict some liberties here and then but Im not gonna whine about it... The holidays are a challenge for all of us..lets just put our best foot forward and keep on trucking!!

My weightlifting is to support my running habit. I do change the exercises/machines every couple of weeks so I can work the muscles from a little different direction. I'm a flexible eater now so I don't get worked up about carbs. I do notice a weight gain at the beginning of the week after my refeed. It's just water with the glycogen. Don't sweat the holidays as the stress will do more harm than the excess calories.

thanks Cat.this is exactly what I needed to hear today !! Ive been considering "flexible" eating for the rest of the year then jumping back in this new year.. however i dont think I can trust myself... hehe

Make sure you log everything and don't go crazy with the calories. Just be honest with how much you're eating.

Went out to potluck lunch today. I have no Idea how to record some of the dishes I ate. So I just took to guessing, but recorded what I could.

Yes, Cat has good advice. I also have a short vacation in between T-day and Christmas so I am hoping for maintenance - NO GAIN!
