Tim Huffman's Journal, 19 November 2015

Nice calorie deficit yesterday. No Gym in two days and need to get it figured out how to get there at least 4 times per week. The weekends are going to have to be a staple then two to three times during the week. Nice drop of the funk on the scale this morning, showed 195.8 but I'm going to only recording weekly.

Food is prepped for today and tomorrow and will try to make the Gym this afternoon at lunch.
