GOODNESS GRACIOUS!!! I've fallen off the wagon--BIG TIME!! And I am really struggling to remember how to get back on...i've had all kinds of bad carbs and fats for 3-4 days in a row (pizza, bread, onion rings, muffin, biscuits, pringles, goldfish, chinese food)...and haven't worked out since earlier last week!!

I really need to cleanse and purge myself of the bad stuff and get started with a new clean system and do the strict 14 days of induction. There is never a good day to get started, so just gotta get to it!!!! Tomorrow I have a book-club meeting that will have pizza and other junk. I just have to have my sensible breakfast, a good lunch, and then work out on cardio for 30 quick mins. and then off to the book club...I want to do a complete hour of strength training after coming home.

I feel fat, and yet the scale has been forgiving each morning..this morning I was 138.6 (down by 3 pds from last night!)...but I can't abuse this anymore! Have to get back to the hard-developed habits so I can't just while them away and get further and further away.

i am relating right there with you, i'm beating myself up as we speak, yesterday was the day of hell as i shall refer to it from now on, when i allow the demons within me take over and i lose control(TOM)and i did ok while at work yesterday, but after i got home after dinner i couldn't stop myself. i should have told my husband to hold me at bay and keep me out of the kitchen because i was out of control. last weigh in i only lost 0.6 and now i'm probably over that now, i just wish i could get a handle on those days when the demon takes over. i seem to do okay most of the other times. it seems as though everything i work so hard for and then i can blow it in one day! have a good day!

I was obsessed with counting carbs when I was on the atkins diet but since coming off it and doing low calorie Im not bothered about any counting carbs! I do fill up on loads of vegitables as I NEED to stuff my face with loads of food !lol but with vegies it's ok now Im 2 .4 pounds down sincccccce yesturday as I fell off wagon for a week telling myself I can have pudding after puddings and be ok! (all be it weight watches ones!)If you j(if your at home that is ) then you know what you can have!)good luck weve all been there thing is we all just back on that horse and ride it out ! just do something else when it gets to you . all best laney x

I'm glad I don't have those temptations around all the time! When I do, I am weak. I can relate. But look at your amazing progress and turn things around before you hit "what the hell" mode!

oh by way im at 131 pounds so we are on about the same weight give or take a few pounds you can do it!

Get back up on that wagon and RUN with it before the scale decides not to forgive you! I KNOW you can do it. :-)
