If you aren't a big workout freak, but you want to start, then this challenge is great for you. Resistance/Strength Training is the best way to build muscle mass, which in turn will burn more calories for you even when you're just sitting around doing nothing.

This challenge starts at just 15 minutes 3 times per week. Drinking lots of water, a high protein/low fat diet is stressed, and a multi-vitamin will only help. These are the things your muscles need to grow, so help them out!! Its a short challenge, only 2 weeks, so it will help you go from doing nothing to getting on the path to good habits!!
