ran with Half Marathon team today...ran faster than I have in YRS...just felt good...maybe it is like golf when you just feel good...I am happy about my weight lost another pound...Thank you god ...my greatest worries are weight. Celeste...Bernie and money and his health...maybe you run faster when you are thiner as well...probably....I am glad I have found fatsecret...a great website....I am going to try and use it more....
