well first of all, good morning to all of you out there! i lost another 0.6lbs. this week. i'm not very happy about it though, i really thought it was going to be more. i seem to be really struggling here lately, and i'm not sure why. i'm still doing good with the dieting and staying within my points range but for about the past 1 1/2- 2 months the scale hasn't really moved much. i guess i'm just a little discouraged today, i was hoping for a little more. i know i must keep going, and i also know that as i get closer to my goal its going to get more difficult. and if i'm being perfectly honest i really need to find some form of exercise that i can stick with. i was doing the walking thing and i don't know why but i just can't seem to keep myself motivated. if i could just get going and stick with it maybe i would start losing again. anybody have any suggestions?
175.6 lb Lost so far: 61.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You should be proud. You have lost a lot of weight. You just need to remotivate yourself. Think of how great it will feel to get to goal Plan a great reward for youself. Buy yourself some workout clothes, a workout DVD, do something you have always wanted but never found the time. You can do it.
