Oops. Forgot to log it. Going fairly well. I'm finding maintenance calories are very filling. Glycogen still up. Lifting going well. Yesterday was a light day. Sore today. Go figure.
188.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
