For the last few days I have had this insane appetite. I try drinking about 16.9 oz of water about half an hour before I eat. I'm still hungry. I drink water instead or with a light snack, still hungry. This sucks. Trying to ignore it the grumbling stomach and just let it ride, but yesterday I gave into the pizza and bread sticks and wild cherry pepsi. Trying to have a better outlook today. I gotta keep myself busy and away from food. Thank God I'm broke and can't afford to buy junk food. If I try I will end up pushing my car home. . . .hahahaha. Now that would be a work out!
208.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 48.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
