Started doing a green shake for dinner and I feel great. It's 1 whole apple, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar with coconut, ice, water, a couple of slices of fresh ginger, and Garden of Life RAW organic green superfood. I sleep so good now. I've lost 4 pounds since Sunday just replacing my dinner with this shake.
176.1 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.3 lb a week

I tried it one time,the shakes where great the first couple ,but for some reason I think the ginger made it taste like I took a bite of my back yard....better luck to you,do you make them singly or a bunch at a time?

Kimberly, I make them each night so it's fresh. I'm addicted. I tried to get my teenage daughter to drink one last night and she took one sip and said, "no way in hell". LOL!
