I tried this "viral" burger wrap, and it was pretty good. You smash the burger on a wrap and cook it on both sides. I added cheese and Bolthouse burger sauce. A month into 2024 and it has been good and bad. I've recorded probably 90% or more of food, average of about 1000 cal deficit. No weighing in yet but I can tell I'm doing pretty good. The bad is I've been sick basically the whole month. Covid after new year and basically a terrible cough since. Chest, neck, and head hurts I cough so hard sometimes. Not much gym because of that. I start a new position this Monday that's 7-330 instead of 3 12's, so maybe that will help get to the gym. Hopefully February get better!
