I blew it yesterday. Took our dog to the vet and sampled the Halloween candy. When I got home, had to try some of our candies. Ended up eating at least 15 individually wrapped candies. Guess I did my part to keep the kids from getting fat!
173.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
