Good morning buddies, TGIF! Spending my day doing all of my clinical prep work for my last clinical day tomorrow. I'll be on top of the world tomorrow at 2pm EST lol.

Yesterday was my first calorie controlled day in what seems like ever. I didn't want to say anything yesterday for fear of jinxing myself. About 1200 cal intake, a little low for me but seeing as how exercise wasn't happening no biggie. Probably another day absent of intentional exercise so I will aim for another 1200 cal day.

Tomorrow will be a huge calorie burn with clinical and then taking the kiddo's trick or treating afterwards. No sugary crap for this lady, I've had more than my fair share already. My mom is making dinner after and having a little Halloween party. I've labeled myself the designated driver. Again, enough partying and excess, time to get my shit together. Plus, then I will get to enjoy my Sunday without guilt or hangover.

Still more than enough stress to go around on this side. The impending holidays have me feeling more broke than ever. I've decided to return to work on a "as needed" basis. I have some hours scheduled but not nearly enough to float my boat. Look at the bright side, hopefully at this time next year our income will be doubled. Seven more months until graduation.

Well I think that is about it. Hope all is well with my buddies, have a great weekend.
