Since I have fallen off the band wagon, I believe it will be easier to just start over. I was constantly being discouraged by the fact that I was above my start weight. I think starting over now will help me immensely since I am beginning on the first of the month, and this month has many cool things. 1. the beginning of a new relationship (potentially) 2. My 21st birthday!
I hope I can do it this time!!!!
