Took on a new project/job, it is quite stressful. Was quite depressed for a few days the last 2 weeks...I don't seem to be quite as focused on the losing weight aspect of my life anymore though I do still really want to reach my goal, maybe its good maybe its a bad thing. (Body Fat 33.4%)
186.5 lb Lost so far: 31.7 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
