This is the heaviest I've been, I feel awful, ugly, and fat. I need to loose at least 20 lbs to regain my self confidence and happiness. I know, I shouldn't rely my happiness on my weight/look but unfortunately that's how I feel. I need to feel like myself again. I need to stop eating like I've been doing!
