Yesterday was a lazy day for me...I had a headache most of the day which really had an impact on my ability to exercise. I guess getting back into the daily exercise regimen is going to be a little more of a challenge than I thought.

Well I am on my way to the basement now to do at least 30 minutes of weights and 15-20 minutes of weights.

Measurements
Body Fat- 23.7%
Muscle Mass - 41.4%
Body Water - 58.1%
Bone Mass = 4.8 lbs
133.4 lb Lost so far: 19.1 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
