Hmm. I think I ate too much today. I feel like I did. I had a good workout though. 30 mins on the bike, some arm and back strength exercises, then another 12 mins or so on the elliptical. I should have toughed out the 30 mins I had planned for it. :-(

lol we all have our off days i hate doing 30 min straight on a treadmil but did today :D (very rare that i do)

Great job on the bike! I find it so hard to be on a bike these days... I get way tired and it's REALLY hard! So that's awesome you did 30 mins! Ellipticals are funky. Somedays I could stay on them the whole time, and others--- um, yeah. :)

i do that to.. I plan on doing an hour.. then I cut off like 15mins.. knowing I should of kept going..
