So, I went to the store last night and bought several different brands of no calorie sweetener. I taste tested them so that I could put my coffee back into my daily meal plan. I loved the Ideal, and Splenda and Food Lion brands were second best. So now I can have my coffee and drink it too! I did not go over my calorie alottment yesterday but did go over my WW points by a few. I am getting better. Tomorrow I go out and by a scale so that I can start weighing in. I am still trying to find a good WW cookbook to fit our eating style and family. I will go to the library today and see if they have any that I can look at and if I find one I will try to purchase it to have more food options.
