I am just starting to diet, and this is the first time that I am seriously dieting. I am trying to keep track of everything that I eat so that I can see the consequences of my junk food binges. I hope that if I can learn the numbers associated with that doughnut then I will not be so easily led into eating it. I have got to get a scale that will weigh me. Wish me luck.
