had a busy week but went out to dancing last night ....on the floor all night and hardly ever stopped so even though i ate supper i can feel the pounds slipping away
also ate sweetcorn this week ...favorite on sloppy tuna butty with salad cream and some juice from the tin
226.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I used to love dancing all night. I can barely do it now but looking forward to it again. Great job shaking off those calories!
