I'm guessing I got a lot of water weight...especially after eating BBQ on Saturday and then Chinese food yesterday! Opps! Time to get back on the ball.
154.2 lb Lost so far: 125.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Been moving water all day! Already did two Zumba classes and one full body work out. One more Zumba class at 5:15 and then I'm done for the day!

3 Zumba classes in 1 day plus an additional workout....makes me tired just thinking about it. Now we know the secret behind all those steps! :)
