I took last night off. I had a italian beef, fries and choco zingers. I gained 3 freaking lbs. Of course. LOL.

Lots of water and back on the wagon today. I must say, though, those zingers were REALLY good.

I took an enchilada break a few days ago and put on 3 or 4 lbs! If you go by percentage-wise, I gained a lot more than you. But ya know, sometimes a girl's gotta have an enchilada (or a pan)... or zingers! No one is perfect and we all have to figure out how to let "life" in once in a while. I'm sure you're doing just great - a break is just that - a break in the routine. Have a great weekend, Dawn!

Yeah. My scale was up still from Wednesday, then I crap ate today and yesterday. I need to plan for tomorrow and get back on the wagon. I'm really excited about starting the weight training stuff, as in getting more scheduled with it. I've been talking to hubby about it, making sure he knows I want some weights/bench set. I think it will be good for my teenager who really wants to tone up too. Anyways, glad you got right back on track. I ALWAYS seem to suffer a few days, as in one day leads to many. I really need to break that cycle. HUGS!
