7 days of dieting, but not much exercise to lose a pound! Argh! I can't let impatience side swipe me. it's taken 2 years to gain this weight! With eating mindfully and exercising regularly I will lose this weight faster than 2 years!
155.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1lb in a week is an ideal, healthy sustainable amount of weight loss. Be proud of it! Losing weight too quickly (more than 2lb per week) is generally considered unsafe and a high likelihood you will gain it back.

That’s awesome! Even at a pound loss per week (which is very respectable btw!) it would only take about 6 months in total. That’s a phenomenal success story in my book! 😊
