Actually started this three days ago and already feeling the effects. Thinking of upping the dosage to 200 cals of oil twice a day. Only fear is I will go over my 1500 cal allotment.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
