Big Boy Optimus's Journal, 11 September 2015

This has been an odd fast day. I have had no appetite whatsoever. Had my 2nd cup of coffee around lunch time then time just flew by and I had to go purchase something at 3pm and got back at 5pm and still haven't eaten anything so I decided to have my 3rd cup of coffee and just push my fast to supper time :D I snacked on some Dorito's chips last night at about 6pm so I'm going 24hours with no food and no hunger. I've got just over 570 calories left to use up for supper and that's really nice for a fast day :D

That would be very possible. . . let's experiment and see! I was updating my food diary now with what I was going to eat for supper but I'm deleting it now. I'll do an unofficial weigh-in tomorrow morning and post the result as a journal entry :)
