Only managed one workout this week and have not been tracking - and eating just about anything I want to lately. Bit of work stress to blame and I don't know when I'll get back to regular exercise, which I know my body needs.
148.8 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
