Food ok today.
Bfast: 1 string cheese
Lunch: salad with ranch (2c) and coffee with cream
snack: peanuts (4c)--not allowed on induction, but I did it anyway! 2nd coffee with cream
Dinner: 1 veggie patty (2c) and leftover spaghetti squash (4-5c) with cream/sage/garlic sauce
1 breyers low carb icecreamn (probaly not allowed on induction but i wanted something satisfying..so again, WTH!) (5c)

Total: 18 carbs


Exercise: Skipped spinnign and tai chi for no apparent reason!
