A little disappointed because I am sticking to my plan exactly (eliminated UPFs, no gf crackers, no tostadas) and just staying a this same spot. But at least it isn't a gain.
125.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I found that for me the biggest difference has been how I have eliminated sugar from my diet. I have actually increased my water consumption with no more sodas. I am also trying a modified keto type diet and that seems to be helping as well. Good luck on your journey and I hope you are able to reach your goals.
