Besides sharing my method of weight loss I'm also going to post tips on what I do that also helps with weight loss.
One of the key elements in weight loss is WATER. Some time back I read about people from the east keeping healthy by drinking water before sleeping and then again after waking up the next morning. I have been following this routine as well. Sometimes I break sleep to urinate in the middle of the night but that's fine because it's the body getting rid of waste from its various bodily functions.
I've thought about it alot and it just makes sense to let the body have fresh water before it goes into a state of rest and to replenish the water in the morning b4 starting your day.
