In my last 7 days I have had 4 non-fast days where I have consumed over 100% of my RDI on each of those days so this makes this week the highest calories consumed in total for a week since I started my weight loss journey.

I have tweaked my fast days to be low carb fast days where I keep my carbs to under 30g.

My experiment for this week has been to tweak my Tuesday and make it a low carb non-fast day and I kept my carbs to under 30g.

These tweaks makes my last 7 days as follows :
Thursday : Non-Fast Day Unrestricted

Friday : Fast Day (600 Calories Maximum & Restricted to under 30g Carbs)

Saturday : Non-Fast Day Unrestricted

Sunday : Non-Fast Day Unrestricted

Monday : Fast Day (600 Calories Maximum & Restricted to under 30g Carbs)

Tuesday : Non-Fast Day (Restricted to under 30g Carbs) + went to gym

Wednesday: Fast Day (600 Calories Maximum & Restricted to under 30g Carbs)

I'm looking forward to see if I get any weight loss from this week as per the above breakdown.

Notes
I follow Intermittent Fasting(IF) everyday by only consuming my 1st meal after midday and my last meal for a day is around 8pm to 9pm.
I keep myself full in the morning by drinking green tea and Nescafe Classic coffee with 15ml Clover full cream milk) and I don't add sugar to my coffee.

It's 6:47pm and I have had NO FOOD all day!!! I'm not at all hungry and I am sure that it is because of yesterday's low carb non-fast day!!! I ate alot of food yesterday but kept the carbs to under 30g. Today I only had glass of water, green tea, cup of coffee, some water at lunch time and was in meetings and then went to the mall to do some grocery shopping. I've got 585 calories to use up for supper!!! LOL! I had no hunger at all the whole day. This is so weird and yet so cool!
